I started with semaglutide at 0.25, then after 4 weeks I increased it to 0.5 and after another 4 weeks to 1.0, but the side effects (diarrhoea, vomiting and malaise) are forcing me to stop taking the drug. it’s great to lose weight (12kg in 10 weeks), but you no longer have any feeling of being alive. Going out is very limited because you always have to have a toilet nearby.I hope that one day there will be such a drug that doesn’t have such strong side effects. If the side effects weren’t so blatant, it would be a drug of the future.would give many people back their quality of life.
I’m a patient with type II diabetes and excess weight, hence the medication was recommended for me. After receiving two doses, I fainted and was discovered by my son on the bathroom floor. I was hospitalized for a week due to hypoglycemia, hypotension, and kidney failure. As my condition improved, my kidney function returned to normal. I would strongly advise against this medication for anyone, including Rybelsus.
