I have been using salbutamol for years for asthma attacks. The quick effect is a lifesaver! However, I have to use it often, which is sometimes annoying.

As a long-time asthmatic, I was looking for an effective solution to my sudden breathing difficulties. Salbutamol was recommended to me by my doctor and I am delighted with the rapid relief it provides. Within minutes of using it, I can breathe freely again. However, I have found that the effect wears off relatively quickly, which means that I have to carry the spray with me regularly. Another point is that I initially experienced slight side effects such as trembling and an uncomfortable feeling in the chest area, but these have subsided over time.

I have mixed feelings about salbutamol. While I can’t deny that it helps with asthma attacks, the side effects are impossible for me to ignore. The tremors and palpitations have often worried me and I wonder if it is the best long-term option for me. I also find the frequent need to use it a bit tedious.

Used in the inhaler. For 2 ampules of saline solution, 2 drops.
Immediately after a few breaths the dizziness started. Then trembling fingers, extreme weakness, sweating, malaise, palpitations, high blood pressure and panic. I thought I was high.
    I won’t take that again

  5. quality of life

Salbutamol has significantly improved my quality of life! I can now do activities that I couldn’t do before because of my asthma attacks. The ease of use and quick effect make it my constant companion. I am really grateful that this medication exists, even if I have to put up with the occasional mild headache as a side effect.

After using Salbutamol for a few months, I can say that it is effective in combating my shortness of breath. It is straightforward to use and the effect is quick. However, the need to use it several times a day is a point to consider. Also, the fact that it requires a prescription means that you have to see a doctor regularly, which may be a disadvantage for some.

After administration, my son is very restless, throws objects around and thrashes. His heartbeat accelerates, he sweats and trembles. Although the drops help him, the side effects are quite severe.
