    First experiences:
Initially I had to struggle with the following side effects:
    – Mood swings
    – irritability
    – Dry mouth
    – Loss of appetite
    – Extreme sweating
    – Speech pressure
    – High pulse (bpm)

    Current situation after 4 months:
    – In terms of mood, I am now more balanced again.
    – The other symptoms have become less severe, but I still notice an increased need to talk in everyday life about an hour after taking Vyvanse and increased sweating compared to before Vyvanse.
    – I am currently seeing a cardiologist to clarify whether the increased heart rate is a burden or not.

    Positive changes:
I’m glad I didn’t give up the medication after a month. My irritability and emotional imbalance were a massive burden for me and those around me at the time. My performance as a student has increased dramatically. In the last semester, I completed around 40 ECTS with grades in the 1 and 2 range. I now enjoy studying, which wasn’t the case before. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, which I never did before. My quality of life has improved dramatically and I’m a bit sad that I didn’t dare to take medication earlier. Nevertheless, I’m glad to have the chance to take Vyvanse now.

Overall, I am very happy with the development and grateful for the positive changes in my life.

Hardly any positive effect. The things that did happen were overshadowed by the side effects listed below. Happy every evening when the effect has worn off and desperate every morning because a new dose is due

I take 60mg of lisdexamfetamineevery day in the morning, I am calmer, much more concentrated, have no more appetite, no thirst and always have a dry mouth

Even after two months and a modification in my prescription by my doctor, Lisdexamfetamine seems to have minimal to no impact, with no side effects. If I feel frustrated, it’s because of the improvement I’ve felt before, and my doctor’s apparent unwillingness to cooperate with me (I’m not entirely certain, but it appears she isn’t well-versed in the wide range of ADHD medications available). Essentially, I feel as though I’ve hit a dead end.
