  1. Man

I am on liraglutide for my type 2 diabetes mellitus because I cannot tolerate metformin. I had been taking it for more than 3 years at a dose of 0.6 mg. My long-term BG was around 5.3 the whole time until my doctor stopped it because I managed to maintain my BG with a change in diet alone.
I was also very happy about this because I had constant stomach problems, massive constipation with bowel obstruction and nausea. Again and again I was told that it couldn’t be liraglutide. After I stopped taking it, it took months for my condition to improve massively.
There was no weight loss due to the medication.
Now I’ve been taking it again for 3 months because my long-term blood pressure was very high again and the same side effects occurred.
I will stop taking the medication. It’s the devil’s stuff.

  2. yo-yo

I have now been taking it for 6 months at 0.6 mg per day. At the beginning the feeling of hunger was gone, but now the yo-yo effect has set in a little.
