I took 2 tablets (i.e. 1200mg) at the first sign of a migraine and was able to get up again after 7 hours sleep without a headache.
After a somewhat over-ambitious running training session, I was struggling with severe muscle pain. Ibuprofen in gel form was a blessing. It was not only pleasantly cooling, but also effectively relieved the pain. Highly recommended for athletes!
I had severe neck pain. I must have been very tense. The relief provided by ibuprofen really helped to alleviate the pain.
I take ibuprofen when needed for headaches, back pain or similar. If I eat something beforehand, I have no stomach problems. Mild pain is reliably relieved after about 20 minutes
Although ibuprofen helps with my headaches I have noticed that I often feel nauseous afterwards. It would be great if the tolerability could be improved because the effectiveness itself is not objectionable.
I take ibuprofen for chronic arthritis pain. It helps me to manage my days better. However, I have to be very careful to take it with enough water to avoid stomach problems. A double-edged sword, but effective.
For the relief that ibuprofen offers, I think the price is more than fair. Especially with the 400 mg dosage, you get a good amount for your money. And because it works so well, I don’t have to take it all the time. This makes it an economical choice for occasional aches and pains.
After 38 days, a widespread rash appeared, first on the knees and elbows, then all over the body. Difficult to treat with cortisone ointment and antihistamines, even after discontinuation. As no skin disease had previously occurred in 48 years of life, ibuprofen is an obvious cause – but also pantoprazole and the mixture of cortisone and Traumel injected as part of 3 PRTs.
