    The medication has been successful in reducing my blood pressure, although the side effects were initially challenging to manage. Over time, these side effects have improved. The most prominent ones were constipation, a decrease in appetite, and occasional dizziness. The reduced appetite led to weight loss. Despite feeling nauseous, I make an effort to eat. Apart from these issues, the medication has been tolerable.
