I have now been taking the medication for 1 month, initially 2.5 mg and then the medication was increased. I developed panic anxiety, I was suddenly very scared in situations where I wasn’t usually scared. They were real panic attacks. Despite the beta blockers, my heart rate rose to over 100 and I felt restless all the time, so I couldn’t do much. My digestion was going crazy. There was no or only minimal effect. I feel like I have no more thoughts in my head. I have now stopped taking the medication and the after-effects have brought back the anxiety attacks and high pulse rate.
I have taken aripiprazole depot injection irregularly over the years
Can’t say if I had taken it regularly what the effect
would have been. Due to the disorder, I have often played with medication
Which also led to me having to live with withdrawal symptoms
Now I’ve got to the point where I’m miserable in a group home
Presumably Abilify/aripripazole is a very popular medication when taken in the right dose and regularly.
A very popular drug which also has advantages
I received an injection to treat my bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Before getting the shot, I researched the reviews and learned that drowsiness was a common side effect. I have also noticed a slight slowing of my motor skills. It is important to note that the shot amplifies the effects of normal aripiprazole pill dosages. Initially, I was excited about the shot as it promised to help with my delusions and improve my functionality. However, I would advise to make sure you have a strong reason for taking the shot as it can make you feel sluggish. Overall, it is important to consider the potential side effects and weigh them against the benefits before making a decision.
